- Seller accounts: name, email, phone, location, company/dealership, seller type (agent or owner), password (stored hashed).
- Buyer accounts: name, email, and related login details where you register as a buyer.
- Listings: vehicle details, photos, prices, location, contact phone/email shown on the listing, agent fee, and consent timestamps.
- Enquiries and unlocks: buyer name, email, phone, messages, and payment references for $1 owner-contact unlocks.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers (see Cookies below).
2. Why we process data
- Operate seller and buyer accounts and the marketplace;
- Display listings to the public and connect buyers with sellers;
- Process and verify unlock payments;
- With your consent, promote listings on Facebook Page and WhatsApp channels managed by administrators;
- Improve the platform, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests;
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Who can see your information
Listing details you publish (including photos and public contact fields) are visible to site visitors. Direct-owner private contacts remain hidden until a buyer successfully unlocks them. Agent contact details shown on agent listings are visible as published. Administrators can access account and listing data to operate the platform and approved social posts.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with payment providers, hosting providers, or authorities when required by law or to protect users.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site (for example session login). Optional analytics cookies help us understand traffic via VASTConnect's shared analytics tools. You can manage preferences anytime via Cookie settings.
5. Retention
We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backups. You may request deletion subject to legitimate retention needs (for example payment records).
6. Your choices
